We are an independent testing and training centre based in south London. With 5 years of experience we can help you achieve the right qualification for the right job, We offer training and support to ensure you are relaxed and prepared before you start your test or training. We advise our clients to study the Health, Safety and Environment test book for Operatives and Specialists prior to the test which is available to purchase from our office.

In June 2014 the CSCS card rules changed. Labourers now need to pass a one day Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, following a short training course in addition to the CSCS before they can apply for the 5 year card. Dependent upon knowledge and experience we can offer all of this in an intensive one-day course and test package, to get you on site fully legal in the quickest possible time. Alternatively, the CSCS test can be sat alone which will allow you to get a non-renewable 6 month provisional card, before completing Level 1 training before this expires at a later date.

If you have been refused entry on site, then our same day test service, instant pass certificate and supporting letter will enable you to start work straight away.

CSCS: Tests and Cards

CSCS cards are increasingly being demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public, private and other clients. With new legislation introduced by the Government, if you don’t have the right CSCS card then you won’t be allowed on site. Our tests cover numerous occupations, so whatever you do in construction, there will be a card that is suitable for you.

CPCS Renewals

We are now able to offer CPCS Renewal theory tests. Just let us know the modules you need to take by checking the CITB module matcher online and you can sit the test with us.

How to Book in:

If you require a CSCS test/Level 1 Award training day please go to our Booking form page.

Please note that if you have an NVQ 2 or above in a construction related occupation you will only need to pass the CSCS test to apply for your relevant 5 year CSCS card.

Alternatively, you can contact us by telephone, email or just drop into the office. One of our team will take all your details and arrange a CSCS test/Level 1 Award training day that suits you. . You will need to provide your name, address and National Insurance number along with a valid ID (Passport, Driving Licence). Alternatively, you can provide 2 forms of secondary ID.

Once you have passed your CSCS test/Level 1 Award we can apply for your 5 year CSCS card.

About the Test

All of the following CSCS tests are 45 minutes long and contain 10 questions with multiple choice answers, plus 12 case study questions.

The CPCS tests are 15 minutes per module. You can take up to 5 modules for a set price. Be sure to check you have a valid health, safety and environment test pass which needs to have been taken within the last 2 years.
